Carnival Capers is a community event open to the general public that takes place on the last Saturday of June each year, and has done so since the 1970s. Entry is FREE thanks to the generous support of local businesses who advertise in the Programme that is distributed with the Christchurch Connections Magazine to all the homes in Virginia Water. The attractions for 2011 were:

• a pirate reenactment group
• a craft fair
• a sheepdog display team
• Harvestime Gospel Choir
• Laleham Archery Club
• a farm corner

CARNIVAL CAPERS ORGANISATION

A new team has taken over the organisation of Carnival Capers for 2012.  The sub-committee is always on the lookout for new members to bring some new blood, new ideas and new skills to the group. If you do  not like committees or cannot spare the time there always jobs to be done on the day.
